About Let’s Art It!

Our Passion

Let's Art It! provides fun creative entertainment for children. We provide crafting experience for private parties, workshops, corporate clients, fundraisers and special events. Our highly experienced team of young inspiring artists will help your child unleash their creativity and explore their artistic side.

Our Expertise

We started Let’s art it! in 2019 with a mission to provide a space for children to feel free to communicate creatively. Our aim is to spread joy and encourage kids to to explore with no restrictions through art. We offer a wide range of entertainment services for kids of all ages including arts and crafts, slime parties, spa parties, glitter art tattoos and more. 

Our Process

Our Team are carefully chosen for their ability to inspire and nurture each child's creativity. aspiring art students studying various creative subjects in college and university. Each child is encouraged to have fun through their art, promoting engagement, while being motivated to learn using a variety of techniques and tools.


We know that every child is different, so we offer a range of activities to suit all interests. From painting and drawing to making and sticking, there’s something for everyone at Let's Art It!.

JOB ADVERTS

Essential Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (CACHE or equivalent)


Minimum 1 year’s experience in an early years setting


A genuine passion for working with children in creative, educational ways


Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team


Basic knowledge of safeguarding, pediatric first aid, and EYFS guidelines


Artistic ability or experience in arts-based activities (not necessarily formal art training)


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Plan and deliver age-appropriate art and craft workshops, classes, and special events.

•⁠  ⁠Create a warm, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.

•⁠  ⁠Develop weekly or seasonal themes, projects, and lesson plans.

•⁠  ⁠Assist with material preparation and clean-up before and after each session.

•⁠  ⁠Adapt lessons to support different learning needs and styles.



Required Qualifications & Experience:

•⁠  ⁠Proven experience working with children in a creative or educational setting.

•⁠  ⁠Background in visual arts, fine arts, early childhood education, or related field.

•⁠  ⁠Strong artistic skills (drawing, painting, mixed media, etc.).

•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

•⁠  ⁠High level of creativity, patience, and enthusiasm.

•⁠  ⁠Must be punctual, organized, and reliable.

•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠  ⁠First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children and families.

•⁠  ⁠Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

•⁠  ⁠Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and educational development.

•⁠  ⁠Carry out daily observations, assessments, and documentation of children’s progress.

•⁠  ⁠Build strong partnerships with parents/carers, maintaining regular communication.

•⁠  ⁠Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment at all times.



Required Qualifications & Experience:

•⁠  ⁠Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

•⁠  ⁠Experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery or early years setting.

•⁠  ⁠Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

•⁠  ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills.

•⁠  ⁠A strong sense of responsibility, patience, and passion for early childhood education.

•⁠  ⁠Up-to-date paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
