Please allow up 1-2 business days to respond to booking request and enquiries. Craft parties run weekend term- time and all week during school holidays. All our packages are suitable for boys and girls, and you're welcome to mix n' match the packages to better suit your specific needs (extra charges apply).
Once your date is confirmed, we send you an invoice. We require £50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (£100 events over 20 guests)
Cooperate events - 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to secure your booking.
10 days prior to your party date, we will confirm all pertinent information, including the number of children attending so appropriate number of crafts and materials can be provided. We'll take care of the rest! We will ask for final numbers 3 working days before your event.
We then require final payment prior to guest arrival on the day. Unfortunately we do not provide a refund if there is a change on the day.
Travel cost (£50) applies after 30min travel distance from Romford East London (RM7).
You will be notified who your event assistant is the morning of the Party. Extra and Experienced leader(s) for large groups over 12 and babies and toddlers parties.
Our team will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the party- to make sure everything is set up and safe, ready for all your guests to have a wonderful experience. Our parties can last up to 2hrs. Our team will leave the venue after tidying the art tables and chairs used. Our team will not clean other areas separate from where they are working. We will only stay for the art part of the party.
We do not have a workshop. We travel to your chosen venue and recommend you provide a venue that has sufficient space for the amount of guests invited.

All art materials required for each package, including: table cloth, aprons, floor covering, bag to take craft home . We take the hassle out of organising a party.
£25 late booking fee applies within 1- 5 days.

Returned customers gets 10% of full package.

We have an in-house photographer who can be added to your package for £150. This includes a selection of up to 100 images of the birthday child / activities from the event.
Yes, if the paint is washed immediately with soap and warm water. However, fabric paints are not washable.
Aprons are provided to protect kids clothing.
Gratuity is not included, and would be appreciated by our hardworking staff members who work hard to plan a fun and entertaining day for your guests.
Since the requested crafts are specific to your chosen party, you will be charged for the entire amount even if all crafts are not used. Unused crafts are yours to keep: however , all craft materials are the property of Let's Art It!
Yes. Basically provide the theme when booking your party and ideas will be presented.
We have plenty crafts to choose from such as ceramics, fabric, etc.
We entertain children of all ages 2 and up. We have several age - appropriate crafts to choose from.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully. These conditions set out our obligations to you and your commitment to us when you book an arts and craft party/event with us and forms the basis of our contract with you. "We", "Us" and "Our" means Let’s Art It! Ltd.
BOOKING
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your booking (£100 for parties over 25 children – 50% deposit required for corporate events). A booking is not confirmed until this has been received.
PAYMENT
A final head count needs to be confirmed 72 hours before your craft party. Please note we have a minimum charge for 12 people to attend all parties excluding Lil Picasso parties, if less decide to take part they will still be charged. The final payment needs to be paid in full on our arrival of the party. Your deposit will be deducted from the total. The due date for the final payment will be on your final payment invoice please note this at the time of booking.
If the final payment is not received within your payment deadline, we
reserve the right to discontinue with the party.
Payments are non-refundable. Unless we must cancel your party due to
unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We cannot accept individual payments or instalments. The payment for the party needs to be paid in full and in one go.
CHANGE IN GROUP SIZE
We cannot refund payments made for any person no longer able to attend after the event. If you would like to remove additional guests to the party, this can be arranged 3 days prior.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests relating to your party must be advised and agreed to us at the time of booking. Whilst we will try to meet or arrange your requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
CANCELLATION
If you chose to cancel your craft party, deposit will not be refunded.
If we must cancel or change your craft party due to unforeseeable
circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If this is not
possible, we will arrange a full refund.
UNAVOIDABLE AND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES
We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances which we in question could not avoid even taking all reasonable measures. These events can include, but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, pandemics, and adverse weather, sea, ice and river conditions and all similar events outside our control.
DATA PROTECTION
Contact info - On every booking we require, contact information which we (that you will have provided during the booking stages) will require to reach you on the day of the craft party itself. We do not share your data outside of Let’s Art It! or with third parties. Once the party is over, we destroy all your data.
AT YOUR CRAFT PARTY
Timings - Your event assistants will arrive and finish the craft party at the times agreed. If they are late due to unforeseen circumstances, they will try to make up the time ensuring you have the best crafty experience. If, however you start your party late we have the right to finish at the original agreed end time.
Photographs - Photo's maybe taken at your craft party. Your hosts will ask permission at the start of every party. Photographs may be used by Let’s Art It! on their website and own social media channels. We do not take photos and videos showing children’s face.
Behaviour - All our event assistants have the right to refuse you any of our services detailed if they believe you or any of your guests are not fit to participate in the activity or if they believe the behaviour of the person or persons involved is inappropriate.
